The Pathway Home Grant is to provide up to 400 eligible, incarcerated individuals in local jails with workforce services prior to release and to continue services after release by transitioning the participants into reentry programs in the communities to which they will return.

This grant is job-driven and builds connections to local employers that will enable transitioning offenders to secure employment. It will ensure that transitioning offenders are prepared to meet the needs of their local labor markets with the skills valued by employers.

Using a grant from the Department of Labor, the Greater Ohio Workforce Board is working in partnership with Highland, Lawrence, Miami, Montgomery, and Sandusky counties.

When will the program be in effect?  From January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2023.
