The Highland County Community Action has an opening for a full time Manager of Housing Rehabilitation. This position is responsible for administrative support and technical work in the inspection of houses for weatherization needs. Duties are performed under the direction of the Housing Director. The primary work site includes the Housing Office and other areas primarily within Highland County when conducting weatherization and rehabilitation projects.
