Infant/Toddler Child Care Teacher

HCCAO (a non-profit program) is looking to fill infant-toddler child care teacher positions
at the Hillsboro location. This teaching position requires an infant/toddler CDA at a
minimum, Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
We are seeking employees who desire to be part of a team that delivers high quality
services with compassion and understanding to individuals and families of Highland county
of all socioeconomic backgrounds. Staff would be responsible for creating and
implementing lesson plans that are engaging and developmentally appropriate for infants
and toddlers.
Applicants must be able to work well with children, parents, and staff. Must be a team
player with a positive attitude.
This full-time position is 40 hours per week (schedule will depend on enrolled child care
family’s needs between the hours of 6AM-6PM Monday-Friday) and offers a fringe benefit
package that includes paid holidays, personal leave, vacation and sick leave accrual. Other
benefits offered include 14 paid holidays, Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance as well as
401K retirement plan.
