Southern State Community College is currently accepting applications for the position of Human Resources Director. This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support the College’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to college leadership, faculty, and staff on HR-related matters and ensures compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices. This position interacts extensively with all functions of the business office. Administers human resource policies, procedures, and practices. Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state labor laws.
