Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification
ACI certification
Experience directing and managing multiple crews
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage, and construction management software
Ability to mentor and develop team members
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Position Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the concrete industry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to implement and manage job site schedules and budgets
Ensure job site safety and regulatory compliance
Clean driving record
Strong accountability and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset
Strong Working Knowledge Of:
Material quantity calculations and ordering
Forming and pouring concrete
Concrete finishing, including slabs to hard trowel finish.
