CDL PASSENGER BUS DRIVER & OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
HCBDD is looking for an operations associate who can serve as a bus driver and maintenance associate. May also assist in kitchen with food service and prepping meals. Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks including (but not limited to) painting, masonry work, plumbing. Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas including mowing grass.
Assists and supports Community Services events and outings. Assists maintenance and transportation departments as needed. Must be able to lift to 75 lbs. on a regular basis and walk and stand for 8 or more hours at a time. The schedule for this position is M-Th 7 AM – 5 PM, 40 hours per week, 12 months per year.
Individual must be able to pass BCI and FBI criminal background checks as required by the Ohio Revised Code; and have a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record and a satisfactory MVR score with CORSA. A CDL with passenger endorsement to drive the school bus is required or you must have the willingness to complete our training program to obtain the CDL with passenger endorsement license. Must have a high school diploma or general education development certificate (GED). HCBDD is an EOE employer.
