Requirements:
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Proof of Automotive Insurance
- CORSA Screening (HCVSO will initiate upon application)
- Willing to have BCI Background Check conducted
- Veteran or Immediate Family member of a Veteran (Proof Required)
